Shipping & Delivery

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 6–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Unexpected logistical disruptions

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur.


Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment partners depending on product availability and destination.

As a result, some international shipments may be subject to customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping option

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become active.


Delivery Responsibility

If tracking information shows that your package has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package was marked as delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We may not be able to make changes after your order has entered processing.

Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect address information may be the customer’s responsibility.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
